Newborn sessions are held in the comfort of your home for a stress-free, lifestyle experience that captures your family’s real connection and love. In addition to natural, storytelling images, we’ll finish with a few timeless posed portraits of your baby.
To capture your little one’s earliest moments in the most beautiful and natural way, I recommend scheduling your newborn photography session within 7–14 days after birth.
Because newborns arrive on their own schedule, I encourage expectant parents to reserve their session during the second trimester.

As an experienced Atlanta newborn photographer, I design each session to capture both the intimate, everyday moments and timeless studio portraits of your baby.
We begin with a lifestyle session, where I photograph you and your family in the comfort of your home. These images focus on your connection, love, and the raw, tender moments of your baby’s first days.
While you take a break, I set up the studio for the posed portion, featuring minimalistic, clean portraits that highlight your newborn’s delicate features.
This combination of lifestyle and studio photography ensures you’ll have a full range of heirloom quality images that beautifully tell the story of your family’s newest addition.
4. Your session
After all the careful planning and capturing the moments with your family, the most exciting part begins - your images. Within 4–6 weeks of your newborn session, you’ll receive a soft proof gallery to review.
From there, you’ll select your final images and choose the package that best suits your needs. We’ll also discuss the perfect products and artwork to complement your home, ensuring your portraits are displayed beautifully. Prefer just digital images? That’s completely fine too - your experience is fully tailored to your family.

She is kind and patient and helps direct you with poses so you look like you know what you're doing (we really needed that). Every picture turned out incredible! would recommend over and over, and will definitely be booking again.
